A manager of the agency should take financial responsibility by signing to agree to pay rent on behalf of the agency and you if you don't pay rent.-Applicants are selected on a "first come, first COMPLETE" basis. The applicant that finishes the move-in process found on our website first will be served first.-Tenants with trade skills are encouraged to apply. You may receive pre-paid rent credit that can go toward future rent payments if you can do work on one of our homes that isn't rent ready.-Tenants are required to do their own yardwork and pest control. We usually help since we have a commercial sprayer, but if a tenant doesn't keep their home clean, there is no amount of spraying that will solve the problem. They will always come back.
