650 square foot fully furnished, private 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home. Located on 4.5 acres in the forest with a large yard and a creek. A short 10 minutes (8 miles) from downtown Sandpoint. Large, full kitchen with granite counter tops, all dishes and cooking utensils, and open floor plan from kitchen to living room. High efficiency washer and dryer in the unit. Bedroom has a very nice mattress on a queen bed. Bathroom has a tub and tiled shower. The fenced in patio is private for the rental only with gardening pots and a flower bed. Parking is in shared garage which is helpful when the winter comes. The garage has room for some storage - such as skis, bikes, and a few storage tubs. The property is peaceful and beautiful with a creek running through it. The house sits adjacent to our home so yard and garage are shared space. 10 month lease is preferred, with potential to renew. Owner pays internet, electricity, water, sewer, and garbage. Renter is buys pellets for the pellet stove (approximately $60 a month in cold winter months). Plowing is not guarantied - I need to get in and out of the driveway too so I keep it plowed, but cannot promise it will always be plowed at specific times of the day or 100%. The internet - I work from home on video calls, it works great on various video platforms. I also use it for streaming Netflix, surfing the web, etc. The rental unit has it's own internet so you would not be sharing bandwidth. The property is rural so there is a chance a storm would cause electricity or internet to go out for a period of time. Should happen connections and repairs are made asap. There is a generator for basic needs should that happen. I will allow one dog, gentle with children, ok with cats, and friendly with other dogs.
