Built with efficiency in mind, this apartment has Forced hot air heating and central air conditioning, run by propane. Tenants pays all utilities; being heat, water/sewer, electricity and internet/cable. Rent includes snow plowing, some shoveling, dumpster use, property management and storage. Each apartment has a large temperature controlled basement with individual storage cages. Rent includes one large locking storage cage. There is common green space overlooking farm fields and views of the western facing Moat Mountains with a scenic RR train that passes by just below.
