The Team Members at Rentor love and care for animals and would gladly accept them for all properties, but breed restrictions are ultimately not up to Rentor, as it is typically the Insurance Company that creates these restrictions. Rentor cannot have any influence over the insurance a property owner selects to protect their property. ESAs: If you are qualified & selected for a unit, you may sign an Animal Agreement addendum as part of the Rental Agreement outlining the additional responsibilities that come with an animal.
