Rent is $875 Utilities $150/month There will be a credit and background check with a $45 fee. $875 refundable deposit The room is available now. It is currently used as a guest-room and all the furniture could be removed. They could also stay if you need temporary furniture. A little about me - my work schedule is typically 7-4. I’m not usually hope except in the evenings. I love hiking, camping, yoga, dancing, and board games. The home is usually pretty quiet and I would occasionally (once or twice a month) invite few friends over for dinner or board games.
