One year lease for a Sept 1st move-in. The monthly rent for the entire house is $2600 which is split between either two or three of us, depending on if someone is interested in both rooms. Internet, trash, & electric is split equally among either two or three of us as well. I'm looking for professional, friendly & organized individuals who know how to be respectful of a shared space, especially with a pet already in the house. Pets are very much welcome. My dog is named Wednesday. She is a blue heeler (Australian cattle dog) & is social with other dogs on a regular basis. She's a love bug who likes to play & go on hikes. In the summer, I like to camp, hike, grow veggies in the backyard & paddleboard with friends. I love animals & would be very welcoming to any new pets in the house.
