Room can come furnished or unfurnished, as desired. Currently furnished with a full bed, nightstand, bookshelf, and TV (as seen in photos). Also includes full access to shared kitchen, laundry, living room, bathroom and backyard. House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood in Maitland, placing it extremely close to downtown for an easy 10-minute commute. Orlando’s universities (UCF, Full Sail) are also only 15-30 minutes away. World famous theme parks are 30 minutes away. This is a perfect spot for any young professional or student! Since this is a shared house, respect and privacy are paramount. No drugs, rehab or indoor smoking. Current roommates are quiet working female professionals and students, so looking for a similar renter. Myself and my partner, Andrew, own and live in the house as well, although he is currently working in Colorado for the next 4 months. A full background check is required before move-in. First and last month’s rent is required. The first month’s rent can also be pro-rated depending on move-in date.
