Looking for just one person to fill an empty room in centrally located Thornton home. All utilities and wi-fi included. Three other working professionals reside here and have their own leases. Shares bathroom with two others. Does not include shed, driveway or garage access. Includes furniture shown in photos if you should want it, if not it can be removed. My screening process begins with several basic questions via messenger, a background check at no cost to you and potentially a previous landlord reference. I ask for security deposit of $715 along with 1st month's rent (prorated) upon move in. I can't break this up into payments. I offer a flexible month to month lease (stay as long as you want) but I generally want someone to stay at least three months. Can Not accommodate anything less than 30 days.
