Hi Everyone 👋🏼 Our third roommate is moving out this month and we are now looking for someone to rent the third bedroom in our 3 bdrm 2bath apartment. The room is very spacious with big windows and you would also have your own private bathroom. Apartment has many amenities including washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas stove and central heating! Apartment has a big living room with a small outside deck, plenty of storage closets, gated front door and a garage that is in use but has storage space for a bike or moped. You would be living with 2 other roommates L (33)female and S (26) female both working full time at hair salons in sf. There is already 1 cat currently living in the apartment so we would prefer no pets. Space is 420 friendly and you can have guests over as long as it’s not too loud. Looking for someone who is tidy please because we like to keep this place pretty clean. Bathroom & bedroom will be cleaned before move in. Neighborhood is in walking distance to Muni, Dolores park, Castro, Alamo Square and Height Street. Move in is available July 1st, we hope to hear from you!
