We have a room for rent in our apartment, sadly one of our roommates are moving out at the end of our lease, due to a job opportunity out of state. We have all lived here for 3 years. The apartment-is very spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath with deck overlooking Rogers park. Walking distance to Starbucks, CVS and Oak Square. We were the first tenants in the apartment with granite countertops and hardwood floors throughout. Apartment rent includes; Private bathroom, private parking space in lot, in-unit washer/dryer, central AC. Roommates-3 working corporate professional males in their late 20’s. Some work from home and others are hybrid to office. We like to keep the house clean, but are very chill.
