We are two, young, male, post-grad professionals in search of 3 male-identifying roommates to share this spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in close to Davis Square in Somerville $1100 per room and $1150 for the largest room. The bedrooms do not come furnished but some furniture can be left behind per request. In-unit washer and dryer (pictured) and dishwasher is included. Landlord pays water and sewage. Tenants split electric, gas, heat, and internet 5 ways. We are located on the second and third floors of the house with a full bath on each floor. There is a balcony in the front and the back that overlooks the street on one side and the yard on the other. Driveway parking is available for a fee, but there is plenty of street parking as well. Davis Square and the Redline T is a ten-minute walk. Tufts University is a 5-minute walk. There's an outdoor basketball court and park two blocks away. The rooms do not come furnished, and the bedroom pictured with the couch is the smallest bedroom in the house. These are big rooms with plenty of space. There is a large, furnished living room and spacious, furnished kitchen as well. Landlord is very amiable and will run a credit and reference check. Security deposit and first month's rent is due at the time of signing. We thoroughly enjoy living here and are available to answer questions and to give tours. It's a great place!
