Looking for a roommate to rent out our Master bedroom. Room is ready to move in! The room will be furnished, with a Queen size bed, a big dresser, a nightstand along with a personal AC unit and a personal heater. Also a 50 inch tv. It includes two closets as shown on the picture. The rest of the house is already furnished as well. You can use any of our appliances as I have a microwave, Air fryer, blender, InstaPot and a toaster oven. To rent the room it'll be $1,100 with utilities and WiFi included. There's a washer and dryer as well. There will be a $200 deposit to put the room aside. You'll be close to public transportation, Anschutz campus, CU Health, Aurora Mall, and several fast food restaurants near the area. No pets allowed as I already own 4 cats. There is someone else renting out our other room. She is a 20 y/o female who usually keeps to herself. My husband and I will be staying in the basement and we're both 27 y/o. Both my husband and roommate work at DIA and I'm a manager at a company. None of us make loud noises nor party so it should be peaceful. We're all nice and outgoing and wouldn't mind hanging out once in a while or not at all :) Interviews can be done on Sundays and Mondays as both my husband and I have those days off.
