[Best For Fent] - 3 Beds 2 Baths Apartment In San Diego, CA - Just $880/ Month

Looking for someone that replace me on the lease, the lease is good till April 1. These are luxury apartments located in mission valley, the room is 11x10ft and has a shared bathroom with 1 other. The rent will be 880 plus utilities, the utilities are split 3 ways every month and I usually pay 950~1000 total. It has an in unit washer and dryer and has a nice view of the pool from the balcony. it is conveniently located next the 15 freeway and across the street from snapdragon stadium, Costco, Ikea, and many more stores. There are 2 other guys living here, both in their mid 20’s. They are pretty chill/quiet and usually keep themselves. We have two allocated parking spots and rotate every two weeks, although there is usually parking in the front office. Read the last picture for application instructions and be prepared to do a income / credit check with the leasing office. There will be a $45 application fee.
