This is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome apartment with an attached garage. Both bathrooms are en-suite bathrooms. (Private) the half bath is down stairs. There’s a nice patio out front that can easily fit a small table and chairs. There’s also a private balcony which faces west off the master bedroom. This place is perfect for a family with two kids or a professional couple! My roomie and I are planning to be moved out by June 24th. Earliest move in date is June 25th. We need to sublease this place from June 25th to end of July to avoid paying any fees to break our lease Lease ends in July, you can re-sign for the following 12 months. Base rent is $1895 and the other utilities usually come out to $2050 total. We are looking for someone to add on to the lease, move in and take our spot for the last days of June and all of july.
