$1465, 2BR, 1 bath, retro charm! This is a smaller, quiet apartment community seeking great neighbors. Great, convenient area in Mt. Tabor, for the best of city life, near bus lines and I-84 entrance. Surrounded by Hawthorne, Belmont and Montavilla districts. No pets- others with severe animal allergies have found this to be a safe home. If you have a service/support animal, please talk to me to be sure we cover current guidelines. On-site laundry and parking, patio, generous storage (4 storage closets in addition to bedroom ones, and lots of cabinets). We pay: water/sewer/garbage, PLUS the screening fee-we use Pacific Screening. No lease, it’s month-to-month. If you are planning to stay under 6 months, ask me about a short term aspect of the agreement. Deposit is equal to one month's rent. This apartment is available for move-in now, immediately upon completion of the screening process. Shown by appointment ONLY. We confirm that the criteria are read and understood beforehand, because we pay the screening fee, which is a great trade for a brief required response. We do not let you skip this, as showing you favoritism is discriminatory to everyone else. Applications are processed in order of receipt. INSTRUCTIONS To schedule a showing, and/or receive an application: A) Reply to this post, responding to ALL 4 points below under “CRITERIA”individually, not just "We meet them," as we can't tell what you read and understood that way. Minimum income of at least $3662.50 (can be combined with other ATs that are including credit score/income for consideration).
