[Best For Fent] - 1 Bed 1 Bath House In Martin Jue St, San Jose, CA - Just $1200/ Month

I'm looking for a new room mate to rent an unfurnished private bedroom/shared bathroom (15 ft x 13 ft) in our 4 bedroom place in north San Jose. Rent: $1200/month + utilities (see below) Deposit: $1200 (One month's rent), due at time of signing the lease. Lease term: 12 months. (June 1st - May 31st) Location: The house is located in "Berryessa Villas" community near the Berryessa BART station. The BART station provides connectivity to SF, and is a 5 min walk from our place. It also serves as a bus transit hub to rest of San Jose like the SJ Diridon (Caltrain station). Safeway (grocery chain) is also just a 10 min walk. Other restaurants, coffee shops are also right around the corner. We have a few parks at walking distance too, if you like outdoors/greenery. House/Room: The house has 2 levels. The first level has a garage, living room, dining room, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms with a bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the upper level. You will be taking one of the rooms on the upper level. It is very spacious. The house has all major appliances like a washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, mixer/blender, ... We split the utilities evenly, which run ~$150/month/person. The house has both central heating and cooling. We have a 2 car garage with space for another 2 cars on the driveway. So parking should won't be an issue. The house also has a big backyard, where we garden and occasionally host barbeque evenings. Sadly, we cannot accommodate pets. About us: We are a friendly bunch, and live like a family, helping each other out in times of need. At the same time, we respect each other's boundaries and privacy. We value cleanliness, and expect everyone to ensure the common areas are kept clean and tidy. We all contribute to once a month cleaning initiatives. We like to mingle with each other over weekend activities like planting some new saplings in our backyard, or checking out a new eatery or local spot together, or exploring a new hiking/biking trail
