We are just 1.4 miles from UCSC, on the bus line and just a few minutes to gorgeous beaches and the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Many of our apartment homes feature scenic views of the pacific ocean, canyons and enchanting gardens. Our community is sprawled out over 9 acres and feature 845 trees on property. Each home includes one reserved parking space with plenty of parking available for guests on site. Other amenities include Amazon parcel lockers, 3 laundry centers on site, extra storage, hammock garden, an outdoor BBQ area and lounge, fire pits, and a sparkling heated pool and soothing spa to destress and decompress after the hustle and bustle.
