THE FLATS AT ATLANTIC STATION IS A STUDENT HOUSING COMMUNITY. Fully Furnished, Shared, 2, 3, and 4 Bedroom Apartments. The Flats at Atlantic Station is a Student Only apartment community. Indulge in an elevated lifestyle at The Flats, the trendy mid rise in Atlantic Station offering student living on the edge of the Georgia Tech campus, with a complimentary shuttle to Marta, and steps away from the Georgia Tech Stinger shuttle. We are also convenient to Georgia State University (GSU), SCAD, Morehouse, Spelman, Clark Atlanta and other local Atlanta Universities.
