We offer 6,8 months leases(after you've been a resident for 12 months).We value our residents very much and understand paying for heat can be a hassle, so we include heat, water, trash, sewer. Each building has controlled access entry, so you are able to have the safety and privacy in the space of your own home. We also provide on site Card and App(download) operated laundry on site in buildings. Have a Pet that's apart of your family cats and dogs are welcome (with fees and restrictions). We also have additional storage available for a low price. We have ample open parking, you'll never have to worry about finding a park after a long day and arriving home.We also have covered parking for those who prefer shade don't like hot seats in the summer and cold in the winter we also have carports available for rent for low price also. Lastly Mallard Cove is located at the corner of Oakland Drive and Milham Avenue, our location can't be beat! It's easy access to I-94 and US- 131, Just minutes away from tons of shopping locations, dining and entertainment, and still being a pretty settle property.
