Tenants on the first floor flanking the lot also have their own patio and immediate access to the garage. In addition, tenants may lease a parking space in the attached gated lot for $55/month or in the building's garage for $85/month. A basic cable and internet package through Spectrum Charter is provided to each apartment, FREE of charge. Utilities: All electric, no gas. Tenant pays for in-unit electric, and prorated water, sewer, and trash. Security Deposit: 1 month's rent.
