About Freeport Studios

Fully-furnished, short and long-term rentals. Our suites offer more privacy than any hotel setting while our all-in-one pricing and desirable amenities give the comfortability of your own apartment during your stay. Units feature all necessary amenities and include a kitchen area, living space, bedroom area, and a full, private bathroom. Single and double occupancy rooms available. Monthly rent includes utilities, wifi, and satellite TV. No application fee, no credit check. Washer/Dryer in-unit, coffee maker, dinnerware, cookware, and garbage disposal. Optional housekeeping services available. 24-hour on-site staff. A $350 security deposit is due at move-in. Reservations can be modified or canceled for up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date with no cancellation fees. Reservations not modified or canceled 48 hours before arrival will be charged one night’s room rents to the card used to guarantee the reservation. No shows will be charged an additional one night’s room rent to the card used to guarantee the reservation. We will not be able to refund any payments for no-shows. We are unable to allow pets on the property or inside our studios due to liability, however, trained service animals as specified under the ADA are welcome. Conveniently located along highway 36 in Brazoria County within a short distance of several construction projects and work sites, we pride ourselves in offering the most comfortable extended stays in the Houston, Galveston, and Lake Jackson area. When you stay at Freeport Studios, you not only have a fully furnished suite, outfitted with everything you need for your short or long-term stay, you also have access to our amenities that provide you with an all-play, no work environment. Enjoy our onsite bar, theater room, fitness center, recreation center, conference center, covered outdoor common areas with BBQs and TVs, food trucks, fire pits, outdoor games, and live entertainment. Our amenities are also available and perfect for events, corporate outings, and family reunions.
