We are offering (2) 2-bedroom downtown "city style" apartments for rent and will be completed by August 1st. Both apartments will be approximately 915 s.f. each and all newly remodeled. We are now waiting on the drywall to be installed, then we will install all new shaker style kitchen cabinets, trim, doors, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, new windows and flooring to complete this project. Newly upgraded electrical while also offering new appliances is a bonus that most tenants renting in Williamsburg will not have the convenience of. Located a short walk or bike ride away from the College campus as well as a very short walk down on the River Flood wall where folks can bike or walk/ run as well as a easy access on and off the river if kayaking is something you fancy. We will provide a 12 month lease for each apartment. All utilities are tenants responsibility and sanitation is provided to the rear of the building in a public alley provided by the city sanitation and included in the city water bill which is also the tenant's responsibility. We also have wifi hardwired into the apartment so tenant can inquire with Spectrum cable to have that set up for themselves as well. Rent will be the 1st of the month and will be $900.00 per apartment plus we will require a $900.00 deposit as well due at the time of taking possesion.
