There is a screened in porch with a ceiling fan off of the eating area, next to the kitchen. There is an old storage building that is available for a tenants use "As Is Only" and at their own risk only. Tenant is responsible for the utilities and yardcare, the yard is approx. 1 and 1/4 acre and if the tenant cannot care for same, the yardcare can be provided for an additional $200 per month year round. There are 2 small fenced areas, one off of the back screened porch, and another in the backyard area. No cars, mowers, etc, nothing with gas or oil can be stored in the enclosed garage.
