We have an almost 3-year-old well behaved and trained female black lab named Ryba, who is an absolute sweetheart. We love hanging out, cooking together, and taking Ryba to the park:) Rent & Room: The monthly rent is $950. It is a basement room that is huge with lots of cabinet storage, a private bathroom with a shower, and a desk! Location: We are about a 10-minute drive from the U’s campus and a 10-minute walk from Sugarhouse Park. We are on a quiet street with little traffic in a safe neighborhood. Lease: Year long lease starting August 1st 2023 and ending July 31st, 2024 Utilities: Water, wifi, electricity, and gas are paid for by the tenants. Sewage and trash are paid for by landlords. For utilities, tenants pay a range between $30-$90 per month each. The average per month over the past 2 years is $59 per tenant. Amenities: The house is fully furnished, has laundry, central AC, and easy on and off-street parking.
