Hi, I am a graduate student at Northeastern who is looking for a clean and responsible graduate student or young professional to sublet my private room in a wonderful shared house in Fort Hill for the summer with the option to renew the lease September 1. The rent is $960/mo + utilities and it is available beginning now until Aug. 31 (or renew in September) Sorry, no smoking and no pets. The house is a fantastic location for people working at or near Northeastern for the summer. The Orange Line (Roxbury Crossing T Station) is about a a 10 minute walk down the hill. I can get to Northeastern in 10 minutes on a bicycle or about 20min walking. It is also convenient to get to the Longwood area using your preference of walking, bicycle, or busses. There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms split across 3 floors. The fourth floor is a roof top patio that provides enjoyable views of the Boston skyline. The place is recently renovated and, as you can see, has hardwood floors, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, clean bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. The roommates (1 guy, 2 girls, + you) are a combination of Northeastern graduate students and young professionals. They are all extremely nice and value a respectful, clean, and welcoming home environment. The room in question is the one pictured and can include furniture for the summer if desired.
