Starting July, we have a room opening up in our 3 bed/3 bath townhouse in the Boise - Eliot neighborhood. Conveniently located between Mississippi and Williams, there’s tons of nearby restaurants and a New Seasons just a few blocks away. Rent comes out to 890 without utilities (usually averages out to 100 a month, that’s water, electricity, gas, internet, and trash). And everyone has their own bathroom! Shared kitchen and living room spaces. The kitchen has a gas stove and dishwasher. In unit washer and dryer on the second floor. The garage is used as storage space but there’s plenty of street parking in front. The outgoing roommates will be taking some smaller pieces from the living room like the rug, lounge chair, wall art, and various kitchenware. The room is located on the bottom floor and has an attached outdoor space with a picnic table, perfect for hosting friends during good weather. Move-in costs are a security deposit, a $250 lease amendment fee to add and remove someone from the month to month lease, and a $58 screening/application fee for the property management company. A little about me: I am a 28 y/o male and a big outdoor adventure person. Love snowboarding, hiking, camping, mountain biking, etc. I also play soccer and dabble in guitar and have just finished up a sports management masters at UO. We'll also have a new roommate moving in at the same time in one of the upstairs bedrooms. He's a 30 year old student at Portland State finishing his Masters in June and currently working as a research analyst. He's a golfer, enjoys the outdoors, and likes to ride his bike around town during the summer. Overall, mostly looking for a roommate to be respectful and considerate of everyone they are living with. Generally I like a clean place and am happy to help tidy up shared spaces together. I also do my best to clean right after cooking. I enjoy getting in my 8 hours (although I enjoy a late night every once in a while), but usually prefer it to be quiet at night.
