Hello! My partner and I are looking for someone to occupy and take over our lease at 3033 45th Ave. SW. It is a lovely one bedroom “apartment” situated on the bottom floor of the house. A full personal kitchen equipped with a gas range, spacious island, and plenty of storage. Newly renovated, and truly beautiful space in a beautiful neighborhood. You will also have access to the large main floor, along with its kitchen and living room space. This space will be shared with the other tenant occupying the third floor. This tenant does have an ESA (hypoallergenic) that is very friendly, so dog lovers are encouraged. A space in the garage as well as the driveway are included, and there is ample street parking if needed. This place is located just minutes from Alki, West Seattle Farmer’s Market, grocery stores, and many great restaurants/bars! My partner and I currently have our space set up studio style with the living room space as our bedroom, but it is a true one bedroom. If you are looking to do the same, the bedroom is a perfect office space (our apologies as well for the non organization in some of the photos such as the bedroom, we are trying to get things packed up and moved).
