About Mane Gate Apartments

The Mane Gate Apartments are located on Heinz Road, South of Hwy 6 East, in the Saddlebrook Community. This location offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units! Tenants will have access to all the amenities that Saddlebrook has to offer such as walking trails, pond, and a community clubhouse that has a fitness center, pool table, computers and printers, and a large room to reserve for gatherings! Our office staff is always happy to assist current and prospective tenants with questions in regards to leases, amenities or any other question or concerns that may arise. We also have a maintenance staff that provides 24-hour service to emergency issues as well as service during regular business hours. Starting 8/1/23, we will also be offering tenants FREE ImOn high speed fiber internet service included in the monthly rent at this location.
