These buildings are perfect for anyone looking to make uptown their new home! Our property does a monthly flat rate utility fee covering all heat, water, gas, sewer, trash, and a large, private storage unit in the basement! Electricity is billed back to you so no bill from a utility company! The only service set up separately is wifi! Utility fee is $30/month for studios, $40/month for 1-bedrooms, and $50/month for 2-bedrooms! Interiors vary, not all units have hardwoods and dishwashers.
