We are also located a short drive from Maryville University, Logan College and Missouri Baptist University. We offer spacious one and two bedroom apartment homes within the Parkway School District. Three different finish levels ranging from traditional to remodeled ensure our residents are able to select the features and pricing that best suit their needs. The traditional finish level offers our classic cabinetry and appliances for those that are budget conscious. Our partially remodeled finish level features stainless steel appliances along with our classic cabinetry. New mocha cabinets and stainless steel appliances along with two panel doors and brushed nickel lighting and fixtures is featured in our remodeled apartment homes.
