This unique historic building is the last arcade of its kind in the state of Maryland, and is being renovated to include over fifteen one, two, and three bedroom units with modern comforts such as in-unit washer dryers, brand-new appliances, and hardwood floors. First floor includes dining and entertainment space! Pop downstairs for dinner, or invite the entire family or friend group over for a night of great food and fun! Also enjoy the convenience of a supermarket and food court, plant store, bookstore, and other eateries, with Starbucks, and more just down the block. Bike lockers are available inside the building, and there is a parking garage located at the end of the block, at the intersection of Saratoga and Charles St. We're also just a short walk or ride away from the Inner Harbor and Federal Hill for a variety of dining, sightseeing, entertainment, and nightlife options. Pet friendly with a small non-refundable deposit and $40/mo fee, depending on size of animal :) Units will be available for move-in on May 1st! Renovations are being completed this spring, and photos will be uploaded as they become available :) Units are first come, first serve so apply now and we'll add you to our wait list!
