You can be a professional or student to rent at 84 Bowery. - $995 - If there is only 1 person paying the rent and living in the 3 bedroom apt, the rent is $995 per monthly payment plus utilities, for either a student or a professional with a job. - $360 x 3 students - If there are 3 students living in the 3 bedroom apt, each student would pay $360 per monthly payment plus utilities. - $340 x 4 students - If there are 4 students living in the 4 bedroom apt, each student would pay $340 per monthly payment plus utilities. Our open and spacious apartments at 84 Bowery have been recently renovated and feature upgrades like Stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel stove, upgraded kitchen cabinets and upscale countertops. The spacious bathroom feature two sinks, 5 feet of countertop space and a huge mirror which gives you a lot of space to get ready in the mornings. The apts are only one block from Frostburg State University, and everyone easily walks to campus from our location. We also have paved parking lots if you have a car. Our apartments are newer and more energy efficient than most places in Frostburg, so you should be able to save a lot of money on your utilities and heating bills. Plus each bedroom and the living room have individual thermostats, so that you can control the heat separately in each room to save you even more money. We also have semesterly pricing, if you're a student and use financial aid to pay for the rent.
