8. ???Tenant must fence and prevent their animals from entering the 3 spring-fed year-round ponds.
9. ???Tenant must mow lawn & fields adjacent to Dry Creek Road and behind the barn. Tenant may use ONLY those two fields for pasturing animals. Goats may be used to keep the lawn grass.

????10. Tenant acknowledges that 37 of the 40 Acres of Property is maintained in active forestry management by owner. Owner or his representative will be active on property trimming and maintaining trees. Additionally, in the event of a major fire in the area, US Forest Service and WA DNR have permission to dip water by helicopter from the main pond and the pond on the East end near Dry Creek Rd.
????11. Tenant may use downed logs or dead trees firewood for heating the home at 74 Dry Creek Rd.
12. ????Tenant must clean woodstove chimney for soot/creosote at least 2 x per year and periodically use creosote destroyer logs.
13. ????Tenant and/or guests, IF USING THE LOWER ROAD (DRY CREEK RD.) must be respectful of neighbors and may not drive more than 12 miles per hour on Dry Creek Rd. EXCESSIVE SPEED WILL BE GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT AND FORFIETURE OF DEPOSIT.
14. Tenant should not exceed 15 mph using the access from Status Loop Road and must keep both gates locked.
15. ????Tenant acknowledges that the house has a 1000-gallon septic tank that has just been pumped.
16. Tenant recognizes that occupancy by more than 3 adults may be a burden on the septic system and Tenant will be responsible for pumping same.
17. Tenant will not flush sand, dirt, dry wall mud, plaster of Paris nor rinse paint brushes inside the house or pour into septic system. These types of items must be cleaned and rinsed outside.
18. ATV/SIDE-SIDES/DIRT BIKES are permitted only on established trails and roads on owner's property.
????19. Target practice and shooting of clay pigeons are only permitted on the log deck clearing area adjacent to far North fence above the house.
????20. No broken-down vehicles, boats or RVs may be stored or kept on the property. Maximum of 1 boat, 1 RV and up to 4 vehicles will be permitted without express permission of owner.
????The property may not be used for operating a business without express permission of the owner.
21. ????No more than 5 cats & 3 Dogs permitted without express permission from the owner.
