Tons of storage throughout this home and in the attached shed. Plenty of room to park three vehicles in the carport and there is a washer and dryer inside the house (not in the shed). It is clean and in excellent condition. The park has a community center and HEATED SWIMMING POOL. Included in the rent is sewer, water, lawn maintenance, rent paid to the park, garbage pickup twice a week and use of the pool and clubhouse. The people in this park are very friendly and there are planned social events at the clubhouse for you to enjoy if you want to join in. You pay for electric and cable, tv and phone.
