There are 3 well appointed bedrooms upstairs and a kids bunk room downstairs with 2 bunk beds that have full beds on the bottom and twins on top. The living room has a sectional sofa and a separate desk area for being able to keep up with work. There is a sun room off the kitchen to relax in. Our house is perfectly located in the middle of Wilmington and within a short walk from UNCW campus. Being as centrally located as we are, there are lots of options for restaurants, shopping and entertainment within a short distance. This includes being less than 5 minutes from Jungle Rapids family fun and water park. We are also just 10 minutes away from the beautiful beach at Wrightsville Beach and 15 minutes from historic downtown Wilmington and Cape Fear River. Guest access: Extra Storage and parking in two car garage. Up to 6 vehicles can fit in driveway. NO RESTRICTIONS on Boats and Trailers. The house is a private house and guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note: If you are coming prior to memorial day and after labor day with the intention of using the pool, please check in advance if it will be open for your stay. We typically have the pool open around May 1st and closed October 1 but those dates can vary based on the weather. This follows the same schedule as most pools in Wilmington. We follow all guidelines provided by the City Of Wilmington and have a registration number of STL2020-0077.
