I'm moving out of state and seeking someone yo take over my unit. It's $2,300 a month. You pay electric and internet. Electric runs my around $50 a month and $70 for internet. No it won't come furnished, and it will be cleaned and painted after I move out. It's a one bedroom / one bath around 520 ish square feet, maybe a little bigger as I rounded down on all the measurements. It's a remodeled unit, with AC in the kitchen that cools the whole apartment, has standing shower, dish washer, on site laundry room. And tandem parking spaces for this unit. The bedroom is massive and will easily accommodate a kind size bed and side tables. All rooms have recessed caned light other then two ceiling fans in the dining and bedroom. The bedroom has two large closets but connected in the middle for one massage storage area. There is a floor to ceiling cabinet in the "hall" area between the dining and bathroom. The building also has locked front and rear gate, safety has never been an issues or concerns here. Also they allow dogs of any sizes / breed but they will ask for pet deposit. The apartment room sizes, (again I rounded down on measurements) Living room 11x16 Dining room 8x8 Kitchen 8x8 Bath room 5x8 Hall closet area 4.5 x 5 Bedroom 11.5x13 I am moving out end of June so this would be available some time in July or first of August id expect
