They would have one bedroom and share a bathroom with 2 other women. This unit features quartz countertops, new appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, and vinyl flooring, along with a view of the city upon entering! Also includes one off-street parking spot. Being in Roxbury, you’re extremely close to everything you need! A 15-minute walk from Nubian Square, South Bay Plaza, close access to several bus lines and T stops (Andrew on the red line, Ruggles on the orange line), and a 15-minute drive to Downtown Boston and the airport. There is 1 off-street parking space, and plenty of street parking. No pets. Rent is $1,000 per room with gas and water included (electricity and wifi aren't). A little about the roommates. Currently rented by 3 women, a waitress, teacher, and myself, a 28 year old working for a local nonprofit supporting small business development.
